I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. The job was finished on time, with no delays on their part, and they showed an excellent understanding of our needs. Excellent communication response time. Thank you Steve. Great communicator. Appointment to tender was not kept (by me) as decided to use another company. If I had any further work to be done though, would ring him to give me a quote. Having to fill in quality and value on this questionnaire, although could not comment but going to give a 4 star rating so can process reliability communication/response rating which was excellent.

I gave Peter this rating because I found him to be a very good tradesman. He did a confident job replacing my internal doors. He visited beforehand to explain what can be done which was a very good help to me. He tidied up after him, very polite, helpful and respectful. His price was reasonable. I am very pleased with a job well done and won’t hesitate to use him again and would surely recommend him.

I cant speak highly enough of Deans work. His quote was very competative, he was always on time, very polite and friendly, put dust covers everywhere he went and cleaned up 100% afterwards. The work he did was perfect, he worked very hard and the wife and I are very pleased. We will definatly be using Deans services again.

Jamie and his colleague did an excellent job for us. (April ) They supplied and painstakingly fitted six internal doors, fitted a new garage side door and mended our back gate. Arrived promptly and were extremely polite courteous and tidy - working with barely a break for two days! Excellent price. I have previous experience in 1st and second fix carpentry, bespoke furniture and built in and fitted storage.decking, dry lining, suspended ceilings, industrial metal roofs which can be applied to domestic out buildings.

A fantastic experience - we could tell Darren was a professional from the moment he first visited and his work and professionalism was of the highest order. He worked fast, solved the inevitable problems (caused by our kitchen not his work) with sensible workarounds and produced a kitchen we are really really chuffed with. We would employ him again and already have done so!
