I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Chris carried out the work with efficiency. He was pleasant and very professional and offered suggestions to put right defects found. I would certainly recommend him and will call upon him for any work needed in the future.
No response to any attempts at communication once I had paid. No key sent for the new lock I had fitted. Another locksmith had to come out to sort out eh lock and said it was a bad job.

General Carpentry and repairs contact on
couple of pieces of the shed were not put together and only realised after they had left. Roof not fitted correctly leaving daylight being seen from inside of shed.
Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok

although we didn't choose Steve to do the job, I would like to say that he arrived promptly and gave an itemised quote within 12 hours. he was also very cheerful despite the freezing cold day, and we wish him well with his business in the future. I cannot really rate steves work as I haven't seen it hence the 'satisfactory' and I have rated his reliability based on his prompt contact and quote.
