I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Steps I am doing with every new job: •If it is necessary, I can take apart the old wardrobe/kitchen; •Take the measurements for the new project; •I am doing the design of furniture together with you; •I am doing checks to make sure that everything in design is working with the rest of the room(space for the bed, if you need cable ports, if there is a radiator in the way, if there are curtains in the way etc); •I am ordering the necesary materials, fixings etc; •Transporting the materials to your house; •I am fitting the furniture for you; •I am taking care of rubishh, offcuts etc, that is a result of fitting the furniture(every singel panel is a bit bigger that the final size, so i can scribe every single panel to suit your space). Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.
