I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Hi, my name’s Darren the owner of Complete Kitchens. I’ve been in this trade for 35 years, it’s a real family business with 3 generations of Kitchen Fitters. Whilst Kitchens are in my blood, I also specialise in Bathroom fitting. I’ve worked for all the big companies over the years (Homebase, B&Q, Ikea, Habitat, Wickes) and understand how daunting it can be choosing the right kitchen or bathroom fitter. I have the knowledge and experience that means you can put your mind at rest. I can either offer a fit only service right the way through to design and supply too. As part of your overall kitchen and bathroom project I can do tiling, plastering, electrics, gas, plumbing and decorating. If walls need to come down, not a problem as I can cover all building aspects too. I am very approachable and have a strong focus on customer service, I look forward to working with you.

Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.

After a very bad experience with the original company that dealt with our roof we were pleasantly surprised to find a company that turned up as promised. After inspecting our roof, they explained what needed to be done and we are extremely satisfied with the way our problem has been dealt with. They have also promised to come back if we we feel we need to call them. Would therefore have no hesitation to recommend Naydor to anyone.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. Gary made an excellent job of laying laminate flooring and replacing all the skirting boards in two rooms. Very pleasant to deal with and tidied up after himself too! Very reasonable price and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

Mark is such a genuine, decent and honest guy who I instantly felt at home with. He knows his stuff and did a fantastic job on a very tricky joint on fragile worktop where he was required to join two different depth pieces at an angle greater than 90 degrees. The result was lovely and I would absolutely use Mark again. :)
