Hi everyone . My name is Sirghie Ghiata , I'm 36 years old, working in construction from very young child ,more than 15 years in big sites , I was working in a large area developing professional skills and a vast experience in buildings with height performances. I'm able to do different jobs like carpentry: second fix:kitchens install, doors, windows , laminate flooring , wooden flooring, skirting, etc...first fix, roof ,floor extensions,wall partitions, fences, terraces, decking etc... Fixer plasterboard , walls, ceilings, partitions, insulation lofts... Also, I have a few friends ready any time to cooperate with me to do the work for achieve the best results and height quality jobs. Together we doing the jobs like houses refurbishment , plastering, painting, bathrooms, bedrooms, loft boarding and partitions, loft leaders install, extensions and conservatories , brick walls, garden sheets, home maintenance ,upvc windows glass replacements and many more. I,m looking to do reliable jobs, to inform my clients about all the situations and methods to get the quality results in the end of work, I have a vast experience and I'm happy to give any advice. I know very well , the places where I'm working is important places for my clients, can be houses, offices, study places however the cleaning and tidy is one of our priority, keeping everything clean and protect around at any time when we doing any work action. Gabriel and Adrian did an excellent job with my small bathroom refit. Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. This included using bonding to fix a panel which had been poorly installed by my developers. I’m really happy with the result and would recommend them highly!

Theo was really helpful and advised us that the sink we had ordered was not compatible with our Earthstone worktop. The quote was very reasonable ( the cheapest of three quotes we received to do the job). He made the effort to come when it was convenient for us and did the job as we wanted in the time that he said it would take, Overall I was very happy with the results and Theo was a friendly, helpful person. Excellent communication response time. Thank you Steve. Great communicator. Appointment to tender was not kept (by me) as decided to use another company. If I had any further work to be done though, would ring him to give me a quote. Having to fill in quality and value on this questionnaire, although could not comment but going to give a 4 star rating so can process reliability communication/response rating which was excellent.
