I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Excellent work! I would give 10 stars if I could. This is a delayed review because when dealing with dampness, it is irrelevant what the work looks like straight after. Much better to look 6 months down the line. I can confidently say this father/ son team are way better than any 'damp specialist' I hired. Just look online, do your own research to find out what the problem is, then get these guys to do the work. You will not be disappointed. Went over and above what was required. Very happy - thanks! :)

Adam came to my house to ‘fix’ my leak. He didn’t tell me till 6pm on a Saturday that I would not have water for the whole weekend leaving me without water or the use of a toilet. When he came back round to ‘fix’ the problem he made it so the hot water supply didn’t work for the bath and also the water pressure has gone in the shower. This has been over 4 months now. I flagged it at the time and paid him in good faith and have proof he said he would fix it but instead he has constantly ignored me!

ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.

DD completed a great job recently replacing our kitchen worktops and fitting units and appliances. Phil was great with the job we wanted done in our utility room. It was delayed slightly due to late delivery of some of the supplies, but Phil stayed on top of that and kept me informed with updates whenever he got them.
