I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Alan was a saviour. A different tradesman had made a complete mess of installing our kitchen; we feared the whole kitchen was a right-off. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged. Really good quality work but really unreliable. I had him start a job in February and it's still not completed. Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Really shocked that I have been totally disregarded as a customer who has also paid good money to get work done. Would not recommend!! avoid.
