I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Pete and his workman did a great job of clearing my very overgrown garden. The garden had overgrown branches, bushes, ect, and Pete was excellent with cutting back ,clearing , removing garden waste .The garden looks so much better, thanks to Pete. Very reasonable price . I contracted the team for a bathroom refurbishment. Over the seven days they worked, they were always on time and worked solidly to get the job done. When I say ‘solidly’, they worked really hard. Communication was brilliant (replies to messages within a short time) and Andrew, the owner, was extremely helpful. Ended up with a low stress, excellent refurb all done in a timely manner. He replied for my painting quote. On the day of work, when he started filling minor cracks, i need to repeatedly go and intervene and need to show that he kept on missing to fill several cracks in each rooms, then also explained no point to start painting with these open cracks. Then within 30 minutes of start of the work, he was missing at site. Just waste of time and now delays in finishing my works. Not show any positive attitude to improve on his mistakes nor dedication to complete on scheduled works.
