I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. Although we encountered unforeseen circumstances during our refurbishment work TF managed the situation well and helped us to get to the right solution whilst keeping costs under control. The personalised service provided by TF (Build block) makes all the difference. Honestly felt as though our interests were always a priority, and TF was working / managing the work to ensure we got what we wanted. Absolutely recommended !

Nick and his team do a great job. They helped us take down a huge hedge, build fencing and a play area, carry out earthworks, and much more. Nice guys. I originally booked this work for our stairway and spare room.The work was done to a decent standard, bar a few snags,only noticed after.He never boxed in/plastered above the front door, which he was supposed to do.We've had to change the locks on our front door as he never brought our key back.He said he was going to come back and do some work on our kitchen.We removed our kitchen sink,hired a dehumidifier,he was supposed to start the following week,that was 3 weeks ago.He ignores texts & phone calls

Chris came to quote for the job quickly and suggested ideas to help us with our kitchen renovation. He kept in touch throughout and arrived on time to complete the work. The finish of the work from Chris and also the plumber he organised to plumb the sink, tile, reconnect the gas hob and seal was excellent and we are very happy with the completed job. Any complications found were quickly dealt with and no extra charge was added. We would not hesitate to recommend Mitchell Construction.
