I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have advised them to bring up their online presence to give potential customers more information about the company.

Russell and Tom are very reliable people who can offer high quality for renovation, tiling, plastering, and, like in our case, kitchen fitting. You can talk openly with them and they can also provide good advice that meets your personal budget and expectations. The job was finished on time, with no delays on their part, and they showed an excellent understanding of our needs. Redacre contacted me( mr pete allen) he arranged for me to come and look at his last job which was a wet room it was wonderful and i had never even thought of having one!! We agreed on a price. Pete's workmanship was of the highest standard, he was always on time,clean and tidy and a joy to have in my home, as were the people whom he subcontracted to. Pete went above and beyond my expectations. My new wet room is more than i could have hoped for. Everyone who has seen has been very complimentary.

First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people.
