I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Sergiu was confronted by an unexpected problematic tap replacement. He spent 2 hours longer than planned to solve the problem, which he did succeed in by the end. He worked hard, spending a lot of effort and time tracking down the cause of the problem, without shooting up the fee for the extra time. I recommend him.
