I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I am a general builder with over 30 years of experience in the trade. I take pride in the work that I do and in finishing in time, on budget and to a very high standard. We undertake small maintenance work right up to extensions, refurbishments and new builds.
Gary shepherd and his team worked conscientiously to provide the best service possible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always polite and a pleasure to work with. Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

David sent me details of previous work he had done by email. I was very impressed with his previous experience and professionalism. He turned up promptly and was assisted by a colleague as I had a number of paintings that needed hanging and some were quite heavy. He was very friendly and came up with lots of ideas and solutions that I would not have thought of myself. David did a wonderful job that I was very happy with. Very highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Darren highly enough. The work was done to an excellent standard. His communication was faultless. He kept us updated on progress throughout including pictures as we moved out while bathroom out of action. There were several complications due to previous botched job and old house issues but Darren dealt with them with ease. He worked flat out to get the job finished in time for Christmas. Having delay with various tradespeople who stop responding Darren was a breath of fresh air.

Absolutely amazing service from Radek and Izzy. Really quick to reply and quickly fitted our urgent job in between other jobs.
