I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. The company started the job quite well, but then came the delays with deliveries, and broken items. There were then issues with installing the shower, which were partly linked to another delay, but also them being unwilling to go and pick a small part up, which would have delayed the fitting for another 4 days. The quality of the completed bathroom wasn't what we expected, we were disappointed with a lot of the finish, leaving space above shower panels, which looks very strange.
We consider ourself artisan of natural stones, we also passionate about tiles: expecially large format, which we could use to manufacture many item around bathrooms, kitchen and even furniture. But nothing pleases us more than a satisfy customer.
So lucky to get such a great tiler, Paolo is hardworking and professional and his job was priced very competitively. I would thoroughly recommend Paolo and will use him again in the future. 5* definitely Peter Marsh.
Self employed Handyman who specialises in Flatpack assembly from Kitchens to Beds and Wardrobes to Fitness Machines. I also cover the M4 corridor for a National Flat Pack Company. I have turned my hand to several Outdoor projects, decking, artificial grass, fencing, patios and raised beds. For large projects I will assemble a team but mostly work on my own.
