I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Richard built a very long wall to wall wardrobe, to fit within our loft area. It was a particularly tricky space and he tackled this without any problem. Very professional and I can not speak highly enough of his work. He is a very amiable person and a pleasure to do business with. Mk kitchen and bathrooms is a small family run business covering the essex area. We cover all aspects of kitchen, bathroom fitting and complete internal house refurbishments. Including carpenty, tiling, plumbing, plastering, painting and also electrical work.
TILE HALL. Very disapointed with Kevin's end result, The floor is'nt level., it took 6 weeks and the job still wasn't finished, He kept going off to other jobs and in the end it was left to us to dispose of old floor which I had paid extra for him to do. Kevin is not the most tidy or cleanest of workers and we were often left to clean up, there was also bits of finishing which I would have expected him to do ie replacing bits of skirting that he removed. I acknowledge there was problems with the tiles

I run a small workforce specialising in house refurbishments, extensions, structural alterations, loft conversions and all types of timber framed buildings. The majority of our work deals with installation of structural members following removal of supporting walls and various house remodeling. I am also an experienced project manager and specialise in running contracts on behalf of others.
Very slow, gave me anxiety and sleepless nights, took nearly 2 weeks to complete putting in new stair rails, would only pay on a daily rate hence the time taken. When another job came in he literally chucked the wood flooring down, never seen him move so quick. Job unfinished, but I didn't want him back.

Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.
