I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. This so-called plumber, who barely speaks English and uses his wife as a front, claimed he could do everything. I hired him to fix a leak, but he trapped air in the system, cutting off my upstairs cold water completely. He had no idea what he was doing and bailed without fixing the mess. I had to hire a real expert to sort it out. Avoid at all costs!
We were very impressed with Carl's ability and professional attitude. His workmanship is exemplary and we would certainly recommend him; he will be my first point of contact for any future work. He undertook the work in the agreed time, despite having to wait for the kitchen to arrive. Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.
