I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Well, 8 months on the fridge door has fallen off, revealing a selection of small random screws to hold it up. Amazing it held up as long as it did. Also, on having our new floor laid we discovered a kitchen plinth had been glued to the laminate flooring. Sent a picture of this to Darren to query and he has yet to reply 2 weeks on. Nightmare from start to finish.

BEWARE!! Hired Nell to fit Magnet kitchen, electrical sockets, appliances, tiling and decorating. He started then said would have to complete in a week because of job after mine. Worked for just over a week, then did not turn up. I chased him, he said would return next week, then ignored me. I queried with Nell about Elec Cert and he said he would not come back! Left me with mess! Cut units wrong so cupboards all wrong depth! Elec wires hanging exposed from wall! Terrible joins and workmanship..DO NOT HIRE!

This company has proved excellent in all respects. Simon the first caller, went above and beyond the view to correctly diagnose the source of our problems and thereby left the competition in the shade. Ray the surveyor was next in the scene, very competent and helpful. The icing on the cake were Stuart and James the fitters who did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have here. Full marks!

Nobody answered my job again
DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
