I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Superb job done. I put the job up on Sunday. He came the same day and quoted me a price to good to turn down. Job was completed on the Wednesday. Very tidy and a really nice man. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Can’t recommend Lawrence highly enough. From the outset he kept me fully informed. He turned up exactly when he said he would. He did an excellent job bricking up and plastering internal doorway and repairing areas of lounge ceiling and wall. He left the area clean and tidy - even vacuuming before he left. I’m delighted with the work. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Lawrence again in the future.

Very reasonable priced. Fitted 2 doors well, only reason for 4* is that I had to clean up the front room (although he did clean mess in kitchen, so could have been a genuine over sight) and also fill in the holes in framework with filler myself where latches were adjusted. Overall would use again as doors were fitted well

En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet). Lots of good work done and Chris was amazingly patient when we (clients) messed up the ordering of parts...multiple times.

We were really impressed with Andy's work ethic and quality of work. He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable. We would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others.

I would recommend to anyone who asks about Darren, everything from the initial contact through to the work and all the finishing touches and extra little things that he did for my dad in sorting out unexpected items or things throughout the job.
"Better way of building"
We agreed a price he turned up the first day and filled in some places but then didn’t turn up again until I called him. He then decided he could not do part of the job so we renegotiated the price minus the rendering the fascia work. He put filler everywhere and left so much dust and filler and then again txted me to say he wanted more money to complete job , the same as original price but he was doing half the work, I said no and I didn’t hear from him again. He left the exterior in a terrible state.
