Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

Amazing job from Chris and his team. Prompt quotation and reply to questions from Chris; Lee and team on site were always on time, friendly, professional, taking the time to explain what they were doing. They thought of and provided everything. When you're busy, it's simply amazing not to have to do or worry about anything! Came back next day morning due to leak but fixed it quickly and came back afternoon to double-check. Great customer service. Final bill matching quote. Would highly recommend.

Nigel was very quick in coming round to give us a quote and gave good advice on what would look good. He was very realiable and tidy and cleared up every evening which was great as we have a little boy who loved to see what was going on! Would recommend him to friends and will use him again. Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

Was working within tight budget, so asked for least expensive wardrobe possible. Jani built a wardrobe that still looked great, us very functional and he compelted the job very quickly for an extremely reasonable price. Would totally recommend him, fantastic service.

Really impressive work by Lukas and his team on our home in Washington Street Brighton. Turned up when they said they would, finished the job when they promised. They did an excellent job on 3 rooms and an 18 foot tall hallway/staircase plus ceilings. A combination of removing some old plaster and replastering or boarding and skimming. Work really well finished - superb. He mostly dealt with my girlfriend and unlike most tradesmen she found him very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. We recommend him !
