I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. We are two Italians, Alberto and Nick, who have many years experience of carrying out home improvements to a high standard in Italy. Nick has worked as a quantity surveyor for more than 20 years and has helped develop many homes and businesses. Alberto has a flair for design (evidenced by also being a qualified chef!) and specialises in tiling. Together we make a great team and have brought over our combined skills over to England. Coming from traditional Italian families, we give great importance to creating the perfect home environment for their customers. Nothing is better than coming home and relaxing in a space that is designed with your specific needs met – your home is the centre of your universe - that’s why it matters to us. The job was completed quickly, they cleaned the whole flat over the course of just the morning and successfully removed the stains from the carpets.
