I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. The team first gave a competative quote for the work. A good start! They turned up on time, and then paid attention to my requirements before starting the job. They worked hard and efficiently together to get the job done. 7:30 AM to 18:00 without a break. The result was to professional standards. Would I recommend them? Yes, very much so! In fact I'm already planning to get them back to do another project for me. I think that statement really says it all.

They were very quick. It was an urgent task with very short deadlines. And they did it on time.
We complete all aspects of property maintenance on both Residential and Commercial properties - we are nominated contractors for a number of Managing Agents and Commercial businesses.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
Ecotech carried out a complete bathroom installation. At the time i wasn't completely happy with the tiling - although a few years on, the tiles haven't dropped off! One or two issues where certain activities were carried out without checking with me first but in general everything was ok
Tim was not able to start the work immediately but as it was not urgent we were happy to wait and he kept us updated on his expected start date.
I gave him the keys for the property, he hasn't turned up to return the keys as work has been finished a two weeks ago.
