Terry is the best out there. His preparation and workmanship are outstanding. He is a pleasure to have in one's home, polite and respectful, and always goes 'the extra mile' to ensure the client gets the best possible results. Punctual and never leaves without cleaning up. Jimmy provided superb services. I am very delighted with his work ethics and his attention to detail. He gave a very honest quote with detailed cost break-up and kept each and every word while delivering. Her worked long hours everyday to make sure that I am able to move into my house on his promised day and when he completed the job it was a neatly finished job. Very honest builder and he will be the my first choice for all future works. Just go and grab him as you will not get any better one!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I was dubious about using a online company, But these guys turned up and told me exactly the same as my surveyor. They didnt add any extra jobs on and the price was below what my surveyor suggested what it may cost. They arrived ontime and didnt stop untill finished they left no mess. And my surveyor checked their work and was astounded at the quality and price. I will be using the services of this company for any future works.

We had our flat roof replaced with Firestone rubber. A very professional and thorough job was carried out. The price quoted was also far less than other quotes received. I would recommend this company.
