Luke was very professional and did a brilliant job of sorting out all our issues with the toilets. He also sorted out the problem of noisy water pipes at the same time. I would definitely recommend him.
Owen has been landscaping our back garden, levelling off a large area of garden, building stone walls and steps and a new patio area and garden path. We would strongly recommend him. He's an incredibly hard worker, out in all weathers to get the job done in time and willing to change the job as our plans changed throughout the project. We are a Managing Agent and the property is out of our area. However, we were sent a comprehensive quotation for the replacement of a fence and gate and on completion of the work we received photographs. Excellent job and job quoted and completed within a week.

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.
