He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. The decking was installed in a very professional manner and to a very good standard. Work was carried out on time. I would recommend for this type of work. Work site was kept and left in a good tidy state.
Mark did a good job. However, I struggled to agree a time to get any further work done. Quality and cost fine though.

I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
