Luke (Boam) is a highly skilled worker with stone who has great vision and a perfectionist approach. He designed and built our water feature and was not happy until everything was 'right' aesthetically and functioning perfectly, regardless of time and cost to himself - he stuck by his very reasonable quotation, despite spending much longer on the project than he originally planned. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke and The Promised Landscapes, especially in the building of water features

If I'll ever need a fridge engineer, Keith will definitely be my man again. I could not recommend him with more pleasure. And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. He came to my place to collect the fridge and provided a friendly and honest quote. He also made a long test after the fix and he came back to deliver back the fridge 3 days later. And, last but not least, all done with a smile! In a few words: A real professional!

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Friendly and professional, and picked up the job in no time! They were also able to supply the flooring and all the materials, which comes with a great warranty for piece of mind. Fitted in less than 4hours and cleaned up at the end too. Niall and Elliot replied to my post to put a new back on my bathroom door but thanks to their skills I now have a beautiful brand new door which they have just fitted so carefully they deserve more than 5 stars .
