We commissioned Joe to create an outdoor kitchen for us after posting an ad on Rated People. We weren’t 100% clear on what we needed, we just knew we wanted somewhere to house our bbq. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected. Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. Always make sure to place a rag on the floor to protect surface and its very important to clean up afterwards.

Boyd completely redecorated the house before we moved in. He is very conscientious and all round great professional with very high standards. He repaired some of the window frames before painting repaired some of the walls which were pockmarked with numerous holes and damaged with badly applied wall paper. The walls the windows and the doors look like new. Definitely recommend and will reuse. Great painter and decorator and an all round handy man.
