G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

We feel so lucky to have found Colin for decorating our kitchen, family room, study, bedroom and utility room. He's done the most amazing job swiftly and efficiently and we are so pleased with his work. Not only did he do a brilliant job but he was meticulous in tidying up afterwards and always kept a smile on his face! We highly recommend Colin if you are lucky enough that he is free to do your job.

I cannot fault Wayne's approach to his trade. He quoted the job at a very reasonable rate which I cross-checked and accepted. He also offered to do the job in my absence and didn't insist I paid up front. The job was completed on time and to a high standard. Wayne kept me informed of progress and proved to be a reliable, honest and trustworthy bloke. In fact, I was that impressed that I got him to quote for another job; which was also completed to a very high standard.

I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. This guy is very reliable ,very punctual and professional and the only thing make me very surprise that they start 9:00 am and all work finished by 4:00 and I have fitted cupboard ready to use Strongly recommend this guy

Luke came round the same day to quote on the job and started the next. He was always on time, very friendly and a fast worker, plus produced really good finish. He fitted a small 2nd hand kitchen we'd bought on ebay which had units already assembled as they'd been taken out of someones else's kitchen. He was able to adapt these to suit our small and awkward space and we're very happy with the result. Additionally, he fixed some flooring in the hallway which was quite fiddly. We'd love to have him back to do more work. Luke works in showbusiness building sets etc and is able to fit in other jobs too.

Ace Builds paying great attention to detail. Very high quality workmanship throughout. Arrived on time finished each job promptly and on budget (very reasonable prices). He is honest, reliable and skilled and can work flexibly and creatively across a range of trade.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
