As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.

Paul and his guys took down a dividing wall, fitted steel, fitted new ceilings and plastered, along with electrical re-wiring and fitting a new Howden's kitchen for us.
