True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. Carl did a fantastic job installing our Interior light. Even though the ceilings are concrete and did pose a challenge. He still did a fabulous job. Arrived on time (many don't) was friendly and polite and he didn't over charge, even though it's New Years Eve. Will definitely be using him again. 5 stars all day long!!
