Fatjon did the most fantastic job installing my bespoke Plantation Shutters into the bay window of my Victorian cottage. He was punctual, considerate, polite & the level of his craftsmanship was first class. The shutters look amazing & so much better than I had expected because of his finishing touches. Adam came to my house to ‘fix’ my leak. He didn’t tell me till 6pm on a Saturday that I would not have water for the whole weekend leaving me without water or the use of a toilet. When he came back round to ‘fix’ the problem he made it so the hot water supply didn’t work for the bath and also the water pressure has gone in the shower. This has been over 4 months now. I flagged it at the time and paid him in good faith and have proof he said he would fix it but instead he has constantly ignored me!
