Jimmy provided superb services. I am very delighted with his work ethics and his attention to detail. He gave a very honest quote with detailed cost break-up and kept each and every word while delivering. Her worked long hours everyday to make sure that I am able to move into my house on his promised day and when he completed the job it was a neatly finished job. Very honest builder and he will be the my first choice for all future works. Just go and grab him as you will not get any better one!

Charlie built us a custom cabinet and TV wall, he was very quick to respond, organize a quote and complete the work. The quality of his work is extremely neat, accurate and he managed to give us exactly what we asked for. I would definitely recommend Charlie for any work you are looking to get done and will be contacting him for future jobs.

The Most excellent gardener I've had the pleasure to employ. Does everything you need and more. A real treasure. My garden needed a complete blitz and with careful weeding in between my existing plants and thinning them out Formby Garden & Maintenance have managed a miracle and created a garden out of a jungle. Very reliable and totally trustworthy. What a refreshing change.

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Terry came this morning to my house done jobs that were required after visting me he then went to other family members homes to do there jobs we are all very happy he was punctual polite and an excellent worker. All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. Sorry about feedback but unfortunately i choose my tradesmen via feedbacks and unfair on other people to hear all positves and no negatives

When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Nice down to earth guy, clearly knows his stuff. We are absolutely going to use him again.
