Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

We couldn't rate MTW high enough! They have left us with a home to be proud of and the quality of workmanship is of the highest order. They have been professional and honest throughout our job. Completed the job to a satisfactory level after a seriously delayed start date. In just under 2 years the sealant split from the shower tray and created bathroom and hall carpet flooding, requested Alex to take a look and give me a quotation to repair, despite a number of attempts to have him visit the property he stopped taking my calls. I wasnt even asking him to repair it free of charge even though i had a good case to do so. This job was for my elderly 92 year old father who now has to step on a sodden
