I cannot recommend Simon for bathroom refits. The project, estimated at three weeks, took five, with Simon showing frustration. Work quality was poor: leaking sink, bad paintwork, a hole behind the toilet, wrong radiator size, chipped tiles, incomplete grouting, exposed pipes, and faulty fittings like a shower door and tap handles falling off. Despite contacting him over three months, he hasn’t resolved these issues. His aftercare is unresponsive, and the work is substandard as illustrated in the photos.

This company has proved excellent in all respects. Simon the first caller, went above and beyond the view to correctly diagnose the source of our problems and thereby left the competition in the shade. Ray the surveyor was next in the scene, very competent and helpful. The icing on the cake were Stuart and James the fitters who did an excellent job and were a pleasure to have here. Full marks!
Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.
