Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Paul and his team were very professional in their approach and work. They listened to what we needed, and even with the extra unexpected work we asked of them still finished on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them for any addition work that I need.

Overall excellent bathroom renovation - great advice, good attention to detail, reliable and conscientious service. Job involved carpentry, plastering, plumbing and tiling which Dan performed himself. Looks great and very pleased with the result.

A very professional tradesmen, He was friendly, worked very cleanly kept me informed all the way. As I women on my own in the house I felt very comfortable in his company. The work he did is fantastic he exceeded what we were expecting so much so we asked him if he had time to complete another small project which he did brilliantly. I would highly recommend Mr Heartford, and will be using him for all our refurbishment work. He is very pleasant, works hard, is tidy and cleans up after himself and most importantly is very efficient.
