Luke was very professional and did a brilliant job of sorting out all our issues with the toilets. He also sorted out the problem of noisy water pipes at the same time. I would definitely recommend him.

Thanks to Mark and his team for a great job. The price was excellent as was the quality of the work. The job was completed very quickly and would have been done even quicker had there not been a slight delay on the tiles arriving which was the fault of the supplier, not MD Property! I was taken up to the roof to inspect the work at close quarters and decided the chimney breast needed some TLC too. No problem, job done at minimal cost. Give them a call I really don't think you will be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic service. Russ came to fit 4 lights for me, he arrived on time, carried out the work safely and was very knowledgeable with his work which was of a very high standard. Really really happy with the all-round service from Vanda, Steve and the team. They were really helpful, punctual and did a fantastic job of removing a supporting wall, helping project manage and sort out issues with our kitchen delivery. We absolutely love our kitchen and this is down to their fantastic work. Highly recommend!

Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.

100% happy with refurbit. cannot rate highly enough.punctual.reliable.professional.friendly and efficient.did a fantastic job in a clean and tidy way.did not try to baffle us with science and charged a very,very fair price for installing our central heating.I'm sure they would have treated us the same even if they were changing a tap washer many thanks again Chris & Matt..
