In 45 years, I've never told a customer their roof needed to be renewed if it doesn't - and the built up felt roofs we have worked on have well outlived their promised lifespan of 30 years. No one has ever put an 'UN ' in front of the RELIABLE ROOFING name. Rather than see our vans lying idle, we thought we'd put them to work in the 'man and a van' business. Since then, MUSCLE AND MOTOR has become skilled and very popular for all kinds of light haulage, removals including house, garage and garden clearance, moving furniture from Bedfordshire to Land's End or John O'Groats, or from upstairs to downstairs!. We build flat-pack furniture, re-locate offices, and even moved an aspidistra to Aberystwyth! Been in the trade since 1978, cover all aspects of roofing,leadwork,zinc,single ply membranes,upvc fascias and gutters, done some prestigeous jobs in my carer including the British Libriary at kings cross and the Queens Chapel at St James park,London and various other contracts large and small, i am a holder of a CSCS card with qualifications stated, for 12 years i worked for a company as a contracts manager so i have done both sides of my trade including quoting,and invoicing on jobs to the value of 200k. My knowledge of roofing is second to none and would always try to save the customer money,and you can only do that with experiance even on smaller jobs as well as the largest ones. Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again.
