On the 16th 0f August I had these roofers fix the valleys on my roof due to a leak on the roof. A couple of days later it rained and the leak was still there. I contacted them to ask if they could come back and fix the problem. They told me that one of the team would be round tha week. One week later no one has turned up to fix the problem. They are now blanking me and not returning my messages or emails. They claim to give you a 2 year warranty but dont come back to fix their work. Poor service.

Craig and his team removed a fence and replaced it with a far superior one. He visited, accessed and quoted, within hours of phoning him. We discussed and agreed on materials and dates. Prior to the agreed date, his communication, responding to points we raised, was prompt and detailed. He was punctual and worked methodically. Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.
Overall service and communication excellent from this gentleman but would have liked floor covering to be used in the area being worked on to have avoided mess. Thanks very much for what you have done.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
