There was a watermark around the inside of my Velux window which suggested a slow leak. Danny responded and agreed to come and look at it, he kept me informed about the day and time. He wasn’t able to do the repair on the day but provided me with a reasonable quote. He arrived to complete the work and again kept me informed about a change in the time. The work was done more quickly than he had anticipated and the price was revised down. A nice polite individual who I will have no hesitation in using again.

Rang within 5 minutes of putting the job online. Arranged a time with Vincent for later in the day. Came on time. Went up to have a look at the tile that had slipped. Said it was the only one and that there were no others that needed doing. He thought the roof looked good. Agreed a price and he fixed it within 10 mins. Really quick and a gud job done. Paid him through transfer and he left saying any other problems please get in touch. A very nice man. Would definitely recommend.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. Work was done well buta 1 and a halg day job took over 2weems to complete as builder often did not turn up on time or not at all. On days he did contact it was after 10.30.other days no contact at all. Job seems ok, looks tidy. Still wet around leaking chimney so waiting to see if dries out. ????

Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.
