Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Thankfully, he also pointed out that one of my other chimneys was about to fall off the roof so he quickly made a repair while he was up there.
