This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Sorry for the late rating but I had to wait a sufficient time to check if the roof was no longer leaking. Courteous upon applying to view the job, James kept me updated when he was delayed on a job, prior to viewing the job. Asked open questions about the project, gave me an option to reseal or coat the roof with PF500 liquid rubber for 45% of the charge we'd been quoted by two other companies, to take felt off and redo the entire roof which is probably 30 months old. 10 year guarantee too. Excellent
