Clear communication - Thomas provided frequent updates during the job including when costs increased slightly and over any small delays and changes to the work. . Excellent work completed - ramp from rear door was well constructed and perfect for what we needed. Clean and tidy - the team left everything tidy every day and jet-washed at the end of the job. Hi I’m Darren, I have been in roofing trade for 32 years since leaving school to join the family business. I also do building works. UPVC works. All guttering. Full new roofs to small repairs. Ten percent discount for OAP,s I have public liability insurance up to 1 million pounds.
Darren was quick in reaching out and coming to my house to give me a quote. He popped back a few days later and carried out the work with no issues. He provided photos of the job in progress and then once complete. Very happy with the work and very happy with his price too. Would definitely use Darren again

Work was guaranteed for 6 months but water still coming in, not answering his phone, then he finally said he'd come & look, but didn't. Not happy with his manner. Has now said the current leak isn't from his work but hasn't even looked at it!!

All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. Sorry about feedback but unfortunately i choose my tradesmen via feedbacks and unfair on other people to hear all positves and no negatives

Only thing I'm not sure about is the trading name but it was appropriate in some respects - good diagnostic skills.
