9 weeks later the job unfinished. Robbie ignored my mothers phone calls, texts and email. Problems include water pooling on new flat roof , skylight poorly fitted off center, waste materials dumped on neighbour's land and left for 9 weeks without permission. Full report plus photos and guarantees promised but never received. Robbie gave constant excuses and false promises. After initially quoting £2.6k Robbie took £10k from my poorly informed mother for partially complete sub standard work.

Anthony quickly completed the task and immediately called to urge me for feedback. He verbally promised to send me the invoice that evening, and at the time, I gave him a good review.
