Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

Turns up on time and was very sympathetic that I work late nights & sleep in. Resourceful in getting his water somewhere else so as not to wake me. Asking around it was a very decent price. This company provided a quote without visiting our property. Their quote was 3x our lowest quote and 2x our highest. Not sure why a company 43 miles away would want to quote for a relatively small job. I feel that the reasons for such a high quote was that either: A: they didn’t really want the job B: I would be paying over the odds for their travelling 43 miles. All that said, until I manage to get three quotes for the insurance company, I cannot move forward anyway.

We can't rate the value as we have little experience of stone masons- it seemed reasonable. He was very helpful and we were grateful that he fitted our job in when we needed it doing fairly urgently. There was some misunderstanding about the colour of the mortar used, but we can live with it. Would recommend him.
