9 weeks later the job unfinished. Robbie ignored my mothers phone calls, texts and email. Problems include water pooling on new flat roof , skylight poorly fitted off center, waste materials dumped on neighbour's land and left for 9 weeks without permission. Full report plus photos and guarantees promised but never received. Robbie gave constant excuses and false promises. After initially quoting £2.6k Robbie took £10k from my poorly informed mother for partially complete sub standard work.

It must have been just good luck to have found Ethan Frayling. He and his two sons did a very good job. They are friendly, diligent and honest. Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done
