Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. I have had to have all the work carried out by this company stripped and re-done. It also took me a day to clear the gutters, clean the fascia’s and the drive way and all the waste they had was dumped in my bins! I have had to take a loan out to get this done again.
