Very smooth, professional job from start to finish. Everything done when agreed between myself and the builder. Job finished more than a day ahead of schedule. Everyday we came into the house there was very little disruption and the job site kept clean. When the job was finished the room was left extremely clean and practically dust free. The lads were delayed due to weather but checked every detail through to make sure it was what I wanted. Was apprehensive to go on holiday and leave them to it, but our minds were quickly put at ease. Shocking... First attempt to mend leaking gutter was a clearly botched job which would have seen water pouring out in front of my window the first time it rained. Sure enough it did, and they came back to attempt a fix, but only succeeded in moving the drips along, and dislodging the connection to my neighbour's gutter, causing a leak in front of their door. I've chased numerous times, with a commitment made to come in the following week broken each time without even a message.

Came promptly to assess leaking roof. Explained exactly what the problem was, how much it would cost, when he could do it and how long it would take. Replaced missing tiles and fixed the ones that had moved. Very professional and efficient, would recommend him without doubt.
