Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. Work has not been carried out with skill or care. Barge boards were glued to underside of slates and chimney has been capped off with no air bricks. The chimney height has been reduced without the replacement of drop course or inadequate flaunting. I have been ghosted for trying to get this corrected.
