The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

I posted a job and David from Advance Roofing was both quick to respond and attend for a quote the next day. His price was very competitive and completed the works needed in the time frame he initially gave. Spent all day with a colleague fixing my issue and so far seems to have done a great job. I never met Shane of SL Building Services, only spoke to him on the phone, but he managed the process in a way that more than sufficiently allowed for the work to be completed in a way that gave confidence to all. Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.
