Sorry for the late rating but I had to wait a sufficient time to check if the roof was no longer leaking. Courteous upon applying to view the job, James kept me updated when he was delayed on a job, prior to viewing the job. Asked open questions about the project, gave me an option to reseal or coat the roof with PF500 liquid rubber for 45% of the charge we'd been quoted by two other companies, to take felt off and redo the entire roof which is probably 30 months old. 10 year guarantee too. In a nutshell Mr Scales was god sent! I urgently needed decking done to an unusually shaped area of the garden and also tidying up of some unfinished work by a previous workman. Kevin did a remarkable job with the lot. He arrived at the times he said he would, waited to discuss anything he thought I needed to consent on and was very careful not to damage any of my pots & plants. He completed the work in the time he estimated & understood my tight schedule. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
