Hadn't been told what we had said to sales about diggers not having access. Didn't look properly or measure access points. Then didn't hear from them for ages. Following some work done successfully in 2022 by this company, I reached out to have some similar work done in 2024. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.

Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. They came back the next day and did the job explained what they had done at each stage and again showed photos so we could see the work. Very pleased with the result…thanks guys
