I can't recommend Tom highly enough! A great finished product, professional service and great craftsmanship. We were absolutely delighted. He tackled a variety of tricky joinery tasks as well as new ceilings/plastering tasks in our home, including making bespoke alcove shelving/units and new cabinets. The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.
I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.
